LIFE TEEN EXISTS TO LEAD TEENS CLOSER TO CHRIST
SPIRITUAL
Life Teen exists to help teens develop an individual relationship with God. The primary development of this relationship happens through the Mass. The Mass provides teens and their families with a liturgical experience that is geared to meet the spiritual needs of the young person. The Mass is the heart of the Life Teen Program.
EDUCATIONAL
Life Teen exists to share the truth with teens. Our young people need and deserve to hear the truth of the Roman Catholic Church. In a world where so many teens are disinterested in God and the Church, we use creative Bible studies, discussions and personal experiences to bring the Catholic faith alive.
Each Sunday night following the Mass, teens are encouraged to attend Life Nights.
Along with Life Nights, teens are invited to an interactive Bible Study on Monday Nights called Live Wire.
EMOTIONAL
Life Teen exists to provide emotional support to our teens. We strive to create an atmosphere that is open, where teens feel loved and accepted along with being able to express their emotions. Our greatest desire is that at Life Teen, young people would experience the unconditional love of Christ.
Another key component is taking teens away on Retreats.
The retreat experience is a transforming opportunity to take a look at their relationship with God and others.
SOCIAL
Life Teen exists to provide a community where everyone is invited to experience the fullness of Life through fun and exciting activities.
Through service and outreach programs, teens will experience the call to truly be disciples of Christ.
Parents for Life is an opportunity for parents to be involved in the faith formation of their teen.
