Christian Meditation Like contemplative prayer, Christian meditation brings us closer to the realization of God’s Spirit present in each one of us, a Spirit that can speak to God in His own language when we open our hearts to allow that to happen. You may come at any time to learn the technique of quieting the self for such Divine communication every Wednesday, at 7 p.m., in the MJFC.
